method on plastic pipe (ref patent 3,
334,165( 1967.08.01)). At 2007, we start to produce high quality scuba diving
hose that all are using the High pressure manufacture skill .
This is total
different production method with the recent patented hose (ref. 8,381,772
dated 2013.2.26). We declare that we do not infringe the said new patent.
Furthermore, here
below showing you the tricky you may consider:
*It is workable
to use the High pressure construction hose at the Low pressure purpose. Li-Chung produce the HP hose and
refill hose for years experiences.
*Low pressure
scuba diving hose is actually the air hose. People can make successfully LP
scuba diving hose from any of low pressure industry hose with relative UNF
fittings. UNF thread is very pop fitting thread which is regularly used on
the air compress fields. This is
widely used by people not like the patent said uniquely.
*The patent owner
marketed the normal hose with inner tube partially glued which is different
with the patent defined claim1 an inner sheathing layer directly on the inner
tubular. Obviously, the patent owner did not realize the patented hose but
for commercial purpose only.
For public user
love Li-chung flexible hose, we are forced to file
an examination at USPTO and to declare that we do not infringe the
patent. At this moment, file is
